Please Note

  • Pet services cancellation/refund are not available after purchase. However, refund is available if you cancel along with flight ticket up to 24 hours before departure.

  • When traveling with a pet, emergency exit rows and front rows (rows 1 to 6) are not available for pet assignment.

  • When making a reservation for a pet, please make sure to designate a window seat (at an additional cost) through the customer center.

  • If the transportation of pets is prohibited by the regulations of the destination country due to commercial purposes such as sale, adoption, breeding, events, research, etc., the cost of return transportation and any other expenses will be borne by the customer.

  • Only water, and not food, can be provided during the flight.

  • On the day of departure, you must fill out a pet transportation agreement at the check-in counter.
